How do I scan an invoice?
Open the app and tap the Scan tab. You can take a photo directly or pick one from your gallery. You can also upload a PDF. Our AI will automatically extract all the details.
What languages are supported?
invoDOM supports 9 languages: English, Turkish, Bulgarian, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Azerbaijani, and Arabic. Change the language from Profile → Language.
How does AI analysis work?
Go to the Analytics tab and tap "Get personalized insights". Choose between Quick, Deep, or Budget mode. You get 20 AI analyses per day.
How do I set a budget goal?
Go to Profile → Budget Goals. Set a monthly spending limit per category. The app tracks your spending and alerts you when you're close to or over the limit.
How do I export invoices as PDF?
Open any invoice from the History tab and tap the PDF icon. Preview and share the branded PDF directly from the app.
How do I get email reports?
Go to Profile → Notifications → Enable Spending Report. Enter your email, choose weekly or monthly frequency, and save.
What currencies are supported?
invoDOM supports USD, EUR, TRY, GBP, AZN, RUB, JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD, AED, SAR, INR, and CNY with live exchange rates.
My invoice was not read correctly — what should I do?
Ensure the photo is well-lit, flat, and all text is visible. You can manually edit any field before confirming. Contact us at info@invodom.com if problems persist.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and only accessible by you. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
