We use your information to provide and improve invoDOM, process invoice data, send email reports if enabled, respond to support requests, and analyze usage patterns.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely using Appwrite with industry-standard encryption. Invoice images are automatically deleted from our servers once processing is complete.
4. AI Processing
When using AI analysis, anonymized spending summaries are sent to Groq's API. We do not send raw images or personal identifiers to AI providers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is only shared with essential service providers.
6. Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Delete your account from app settings or contact info@invodom.com for data deletion requests.
7. Cookies
The invoDOM website uses minimal necessary cookies only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or email.
