By accessing or using invoDOM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the Service
invoDOM is a personal finance tool for scanning and analyzing invoices. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not process fraudulent documents, reverse-engineer the app, upload malicious files, or share your credentials.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. invoDOM is not liable for loss resulting from unauthorized access.
4. AI Features
AI analysis is provided as-is and is not professional financial advice. invoDOM makes no guarantees about accuracy. Always verify important financial information independently.
5. Data Accuracy
OCR and AI extraction may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data. invoDOM is not liable for errors in automatically extracted information.
6. Intellectual Property
The invoDOM app, branding, and content are owned by invoDOM and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
invoDOM is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, invoDOM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from app settings.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
